Our Tutors

All our tutors are university graduates (achieving 2:1 or above), and are currently working within a school environment.

All tutors are CRB checked.

The tutor will always have their qualification certificates and letters of recommendation on their person throughout the first session for the parent to check.

Alissa Carter

Subjects: Maths, Drama/English

Qualifications: BA in Drama Studies; A-Levels (3) - inc. Maths, Theatre Studies; GCSE (11) - inc. Maths, Statistics, French, English Lit, Drama; Year 9 SATS - inc. Maths Level 8; 11+ passed

Experience: Currently working with South Wiltshire charity, The Bridge Project, as a schools worker. Completed government-run Student Associates Scheme in 2007 at Gomeldon Primary School.

Charlotte Foyle

Subjects: Creative Writing, Dyslexia Course, English

Qualifications: BA in English and Creative Writing, A-Levels (3) - inc. English Literature; GCSE (11) - inc. English Language, English Literature; Year 9 SATS - inc. English Level 7; 11+ passed

Experience: Worked as a Teaching Assistant at The Trafalgar School in Downton in the academic year 2008-2009. Currently studying for her PGCE English Teaching qualification with Bath Spa University.
